Trauma? Medical challenges? A move? A relationship loss? A career shift? A new baby? Yes, we just had our first born baby by C-section, and we are incredibly happy and blessed. However, parenting is also creating stress for both of us as we try to figure this all out. Really, any change will create stress on the brain.
